A women-only, sober immersive dance experience themed around the “Inner Lover”, combining live DJ sets, silent disco headphones, somatic and embodied movement guidance, and free dance expression. The three-hour journey includes a 90-minute guided movement session, free dance immersion, and closing integration and grounding. Set to an R&B anthems sound journey, it is designed for anyone wanting to explore feeling, self-expression and movement without choreography or performance.
