Why it's worth checking out
Burndap Park sits on Cumberland Drive in Maribyrnong, one of Melbourne's inner-western suburbs by the river. With 348 reviews behind its 4.4 rating, it's a much-loved green space.
The appeal is lovely green space by the water — a park with paths, open lawns and riverside surrounds, a genuine favourite for a walk, a picnic, a play or simply relaxing along the Maribyrnong River. Its location makes it an easy and pleasant addition to a day out.
Parks have changing facilities and seasonal conditions, so check current details if you're planning around something specific. Otherwise it's a free, family-friendly spot to enjoy whenever the weather's good — bring sun protection, water and take your time by the river.
Spot Score
The Spot Score is our composite of five signals — two about the venue's standing with visitors and three about how complete and current this listing is. It is not a visitor rating and not a verdict on the food or the experience. The 4.4 from 348 reviews is Google's visitor rating, shown separately and never altered by us.
