Candlelight Concerts

Candlelight Concerts brings a broad programme of live music events to venues around Melbourne, with Collingwood Town Hall featuring prominently in the 2026 listings. The series is presented across more than 100 cities worldwide and has attracted more than three million attendees, according to the supplied event information.

The Collingwood schedule covers recognisable artists and composers across several styles, including tributes to Fleetwood Mac, Metallica, Taylor Swift, The Beatles, Michael Jackson and TOOL. There are also programmes devoted to film and classical music, such as The Best of Hans Zimmer, The Best of Joe Hisaishi and Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake & More. Events at Collingwood Town Hall include both early-evening and later sessions, with listed ticket prices varying by performance.

The programme extends beyond Collingwood. Other Melbourne locations include Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium, The Athenaeum Theatre and Werner Brodbeck Hall at Scots Church, giving each event a different setting. Highlights listed at these venues include Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, Mozart’s Requiem, 90s Unplugged and Queen vs. ABBA. A Candlelight Babies event is also listed at 75 Reid St, offering a classical music option aimed at little minds.

With its mix of pop tributes, film scores, classical works and family-oriented programming, the series gives solo visitors, couples and groups plenty of themes to choose from. Check the individual listing before booking, as the venue, session times, availability and prices differ between performances; one Collingwood Town Hall presentation of The Best of Joe Hisaishi is already marked sold out.
