Centre of You

Centre of You is a wellness space in Prahran focused on inward exploration, personal empowerment and community. Its programme brings together a range of events and offerings intended to support introspection, self-understanding, connection, restoration and somatic release, with an emphasis on learning, unlearning and relearning.

The venue describes itself as a warm, energetically nurturing haven for people exploring their inner worlds. Centre of You is located upstairs at 217 Chapel Street, above Chapel Street Bazaar, near the High Street and Chapel Street intersection. Tram stops and both Prahran and Windsor railway stations are within walking distance. The current space is accessible only via a wide staircase with a halfway landing, and the venue asks visitors who may need support to get in contact before attending.
