Move& Footscray - Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Gym

Move& Footscray is a movement-focused gym in Melbourne offering several ways to train, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, yoga and Gym Class sessions. It also has a Wellness Room, giving members an option beyond structured classes.

The studio’s approach centres on helping people reconnect with the enjoyment of movement rather than treating exercise as a chore. Its classes are designed for all fitness levels, including beginners, with different intensities available. Skilled instructors guide new members through what to expect, making the venue suitable for people starting out as well as those looking to add a new style of training to their routine.

For first-time visitors, Move& promotes an introductory offer of four classes for $49. The range of class styles means you can try different formats before settling into a regular routine, whether your preference is Pilates, yoga or a gym-based session. The site also presents the venue as a positive, encouraging workplace built around Pilates, yoga and personal training, which gives some insight into the people-led approach behind the classes.

Move& is best suited to solo visitors wanting guided exercise in Footscray, particularly beginners who value instruction and choice. The website does not provide enough detail to assess the venue’s layout, class sizes or suitability for families and groups, so checking those details directly before booking is sensible.
