Why it's worth checking out

Point Park sits on River Esplanade in Docklands, Melbourne's modern waterfront precinct. A 4.5 rating from 111 reviews reflects its standing as a much-loved green space.

The appeal is a relaxed waterfront park with lovely views — open green space and foreshore paths by the water, perfect for a stroll, a picnic or simply relaxing, with lovely outlooks across the harbour and the city. Its Docklands location, close to the dining and the marina, makes it an easy and pleasant stop.

Parks have changing facilities and seasonal conditions, so check current details if you're planning around something specific. Otherwise it's a free, easygoing spot to enjoy whenever the weather's good — bring sun protection and water, and take your time.

Spot Score

The Spot Score is our composite of five signals — two about the venue's standing with visitors and three about how complete and current this listing is. It is not a visitor rating and not a verdict on the food or the experience. The 4.5 from 111 reviews is Google's visitor rating, shown separately and never altered by us.
