Why it's worth checking out
Punthill Apartment Hotels sits on Cohen Place in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, near Chinatown, from a well-known apartment-hotel name. With 497 reviews behind its 3.7 rating, it's a well-established, well-located base.
The appeal is self-contained comfort in a central location — apartment-style accommodation handy to the city's shops, laneways, Chinatown and the attractions, making it a practical pick whether you're in town for sightseeing, an event or work. Its central location keeps you close to everything.
Room rates, availability and facilities change with the season and demand, and Melbourne gets busy around major events. Confirm current rates and what your stay includes directly with the property before booking, particularly during peak periods.
Spot Score
The Spot Score is our composite of five signals — two about the venue's standing with visitors and three about how complete and current this listing is. It is not a visitor rating and not a verdict on the food or the experience. The 3.7 from 497 reviews is Google's visitor rating, shown separately and never altered by us.
