Sanative Sanctuary

Sanative Sanctuary is a holistic wellness space in Melbourne focused on restoration, reconnection and complementary therapies. Its offering brings together Yin, Hatha, Kriya and prenatal yoga, along with meditation, massage, bodywork, energy healing and community events. The range allows visitors to explore movement, stillness and hands-on support in one setting.

The space is shaped around the idea of the body as a place of safety and healing. Rather than presenting wellness as a quick fix, Sanative Sanctuary describes its approach as creating room for the body’s own processes, with a focus on nervous system restoration and bringing greater awareness to the body. That gives the venue a calm, reflective character suited to people seeking a considered wellness experience.

The team includes founder Shann Primmer, who works as a healer and yoga instructor, alongside therapeutic massage and yoga instructor Jaycee May, trauma-informed yoga and mat Pilates instructor Elsie Jean-Thomas, and breathwork facilitator, sound healer and death doula Jade Wyllie. Their combined practices give the sanctuary a broad, practitioner-led offering. Visitors can choose from individual therapies, yoga and meditation, or attend one of the community events, depending on the kind of support or reconnection they are looking for.
