Welcome to Brunswick is a beer garden and brewery in Brunswick, Melbourne, built around fresh house brews, casual food and plenty of room to settle in. The venue pours a changing selection of beers made on site, including a Japanese lager, hazy pale ale, New World pale ale and cider, alongside 4 Pines beers such as Pacific Ale and 4 Pines Pale. Food comes from established Melbourne vendors rather than a different truck every day. Mr Burger operates in the beer garden, serving burgers, fried chicken, loaded fries and vegetarian choices, while Dr Brisket focuses on American-style barbecue including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, wings and loaded sides. The combination makes the venue a practical option for groups with different appetites, whether you are after a quick meal with a beer or a longer afternoon in the garden.
